STEP 1 OUT LINE
First, Scan your draw to your computer.
1. Leveling (Image > Adjustments > Levels/Ctrl+L) to make background become white and outline
2. become black or darker.
3. Unlock Background Layer. Just double click layer to make your draw/picture editable
Multiply Blending . to make white background transparent

STEP 2 - SEPARATING THE OUTLINE
This part tell you about how to separate the outline and background
- Deleting Background, on channel palette (Window>Channels) clik 'load channel as selection' button just like on the picture then press "delete"
- Create new layer below the outline then fill it with white color.
- Change white layer's blending mode to multiply

STEP 3 - BASE COLOR
color your draw with base color first.
- Create new layer on the below of white layer.
- Choose Magic Wand Tool and set Tolerance to 50.
- Check Contiguous dan Sample All Layers;
- Choose which part of your draw want to be colored (using Magic Wand Tool ofc)
- Expanding Selection, (Select>Modify>Expand/Alt>S>M>E) expand your Selection to 3 pixel
- use Paint Bucket tool to color it. Repeat 4 - 6. until all parts of your draw .are colored
STEP 4 - ADDING SHADOWS
Bagian ini menjelaskan cara memberi bayangan.
- Create new layer and put it between White Layer and Basic Color Layer.
- Choose Magic Wand tool and set tolerance to "1". Uncheck Contiguous and Sample All Layers.
- choose Brush tool and set hardness to 100%;
- color it just like on the picture or improve by yourself.. well it called color proportion i guess..
- Look at the light direction on the picture. u have to put Shadow Color on the right place depend on which light direction do want to use.

STEP 5 - DODGE AND BURN
Now I'll explain how to create gradient from basic color and shadow color
- Duplicate Layer of Basic Color and layer of Shadow color. Duplicated layer for dodging and burning and the real layer for selection with magic wand tool.
- When you use Dodge or Burn tool, check 'Other Dynamics' in Brushes palette (Window>Brushes);
- In the Dodge or Burn tool option set range option to Midtones;
- Set the hardness to 0% .
- Choose duplicated shadow color, use dodge and burn tool to create gradient on the shadow.
- Choose Dodge tool to brighten the upper part of shadow.
- Choose duplicated base color. use dodge tool to brighten the upper part.
- Do it with Burn tool to darken the bottom part of the base color.

STEP 6 - ADDING REFLECTED LIGHT
- Set Magic Wand tool just like before;
- Check "Other Dynamics" in Brush palette (Window>Brushes);
- Set Brush hardness to 0%;
- at the picture, dark purple is used to color unreflected light part.
- Yellow color is used to color reflected light part.

STEP 7 - COLORING THE OUTLINE
- Just set your brush preset like before
- in the layer palette, choose outline layer and then click 'lock transparent pixels'.
- use brush tool and start to color the outline layer.
- use Eye Dropper tool to choose the color that nearby with outline you want to be colored.

STEP 8 - CREATING THE SMOKES
- Create new layer. use brush tool with hardness 100% then draw it like at the picture.
- Smudge it with smudge tool
- Use dodge and burn tool to make smoke look like 3D
- Select the smoke (Select>Load Selection). then reduce the selection (Select>Modify>Contract)
- Create new layer as smoke highlight. Use Brush tool and color it with different color (look at the pic)
- Use move tool and move it to the upper position (press up arrow on keyboard).

STEP 9 - CREATING THE CLOUDY SKY
- Create new layer, named "sky". use gradient tool to make color look like at the picture 1
- Create new layer on the below of sky layer and give it a name "clouds". use brush tool just like creating smokes before.
- Use smudge tool and smudge it (look at the pic).
- Select the clouds (Select>Load Selection). then modify Contract (Select>ModifyContract);
- Create new layer named "cloud2" above cloud layer. and choose darker color from cloud color using similar hue and saturation. fill selected with that color.
- Just like before, use Dodge and Burn too.
- Duplicate Cloud Layer and Use Free Transform tool to expand the cloud. Set layer opacity to 75%;
- Use Dodge dan Burn tool to Layer "Sky".

STEP 10 - ADDING LIGHT
- Create new Layer named "light" and put it on the top of the layer.
- Choose Brush tool. Check Other Dynamics on Brushes palette;
- Set brush hardness to 0%
- ok then brush it to create light effect.

STEP 11 - TINTING WITH A GRADIENT
you have known already how to use gradient and selection right..??
ok now just use gradient tool to create some detail of light effect. just do it like on the pic.
